Pastor Jim Evans took over as Lead Pastor of Dove of Church in July of 2021.

Pastor Jim has been the Assistant Pastor here at Dove of Hope Church for 6 years under the tutelage of Pastor Dormal West who was Pastor for 31 Years.

Pastor Jim brings to the table life experience in what God can truly do in one's life. He was an alcoholic and a smoker for 22 + years until Christ healed him of those addictions

Pastor Jim's main ministry is in bringing hope to those who have none and relaying the message that God loves you no matter what you have done.
